hello my dears! so so sorry for being mia, exams just ended on tues for me, and i haven't taken a proper break other than wed night out cause immed aft my afternoon paper on tuesday, i was dragged to dean's office for a meeting. :/ ahha. ANWS. i'll be away in KL from tonight (thursday) all the way till next tuesday! then wed and thurs i got some MOE seminar, which is followed by dance camp from 12th - 14th! and after that i'll be kinda busy with production stuffs and hall stufffs, but i'm still free for dinnerrrrr! :D just let me know in advance so i can work sth out. yayyyy

JC's holiday looks something like this:
  1. backpacking trip with Jia Wei and Quanmin, tentatively: Haikou (Hainan, China)–> Sanya –> Nanning –> Hanoi (North Vietnam)–> Sapa
  2. training for Inter-Hall Games next semester (Touch Rugby, Swimming, Handball), approximately 2-3 training sessions each per week = 6-9 / week, hopefully with a few clashes in timing here and there so she doesn't burn out.
  3. constantly wondering whether she should find part-time job to cover costs of (1.), probably will not because she's too lazy
  4. read something that is not from a. www.fanfiction.net, b. www.fictionpress.com, c. blogs.
  5. finish reading Le Petit Prince, (The Little Prince)
  6. write something. anything.
  7. watch a movie, finish watching Heroes, among others
  8. organize all her music files, photos, videos, bookmarks
  9. organize her room(s)
  10. and finally, not getting round to completing numbers 4. to 9. because they're all "Works in Progress"
oh. and no. 11. remind renny that its ok to be insecure, and anyway, at least she knows what she wants to do.

~ HOLIDAY AGENDA ~


1) Get my iMac, and get used to the new OS
2) Get Sonar7/8 (recording software) to install into iMac
3) Continue learning guitar by myself (cuz no $$)
4) Practice piano (everydayyyyyyyy, i try!)
5) Sing everyday (that's easy)
6) Get 2 CD shelves from IKEA cuz my CD collection is trying to imitate Mt Everest alr
7) Get the half-written songs out and about: 1 must be done my 31 Dec for countdown, others not so urgent

I am disadvantaged. Well, sort of. The fact that I'm in uni (4 BLEEDING YEARS) only means that I'm passed up for really rare jobs. Its not that I can kick up a fuss about all this shit, because I know these 4 years are really impt for my parents. So, all i can do now is make do with the yearly hols and come up with something good. The sad thing is that usually during holidays, it seems like there're less music opportunities! Its always during the sch months that I'm offered rare jobs that can beef up my reportoire. I remember pushing away one recording job during the studying break, and another during the mid term exam season. What to do. BLEAGH.

You know sometimes i get really insecure about everything and I feel like i'm the lousiest shit in the world. X) But I already chose this path, and Renhui never takes halfway jobs! I'm gonna see this to the end.
